What is your refund & return policy?

Print orders are fully returnable and refundable within 30 days of shipment. E-books cannot be returned. Contact Customer Support to initiate a return, and when you receive your order, your package will include return instructions.

Exchanges are processed within 24-48 hours after the returned merchandise is received. Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks after the returned merchandise is received. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to place the order.
