How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are available 30 days in advance of the publication date and will ship as soon as the title becomes available. 

Once a pre-order is received, your credit card will be charged the full balance of the purchase. Once the book becomes available, you will receive an email confirmation that your item has shipped with tracking information.
