What are the requirements to be listed in the Franchise 500® issue?

To have your franchise listed in the annual Franchise 500 magazine issue, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Online Questionnaire: filled out completely and electronically signed
2. Current Franchise Disclosure Document: Uploaded
   NOTE: We will not accept Franchise Disclosure Documents dated/amended before August 1, 2020
3. List of all Open and Operating Units: as of July 31st, 2021
   NOTE: Please keep franchise and company-owned unit numbers separate from each other
   NOTE 2: If your are taking advantage of our early submission process, we will request your list of units after July 31st.
4. Audited Financials: Must be the most recent available
   NOTE: Audited financials are recommended but not required if your company has been franchising for less than three years or has fewer than ten units.
