How does the review and approval process work?
Our team reviews press releases during regular business hours (Monday-Friday) to ensure they align with our guidelines. Press releases submitted after business hours, over the weekend or during major holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that submitting a press release does not guarantee publication. If we determine that a press release does not meet our guidelines or cannot be published, you will be notified via email with additional information. If the press release had already been published prior to review, it may be unpublished. All denied press releases will be fully refunded.
Please also note that press releases cannot be revised and resubmitted. A new press release would need to be created and submitted.
If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with your scheduled publish window and, when applicable, a preview link.
