How do I apply for the Franchise 500?

If you have submitted for the Franchise 500 in past years, you can submit your application by following these instructions:

1. Go to the Franchise Portal.
2. Enter your login information associated with your account.
3. Click "Sign In" to access your account.
4. Complete the application and upload the necessary documents:
   1. FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document)
   2. Audited Financials (If not already in FDD)
   3. Unit List
